Joshua Engel has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Joshua is currently the Director of Product Development and Kitchen Production at Revolutionary Clinics, where they lead product formulation and oversees a production team. Prior to this, they were an Executive Chef at Compass Group, responsible for all campus culinary operations. Joshua also worked as a Regional Restaurant Manager - Culinary at American Girl, supporting multiple retail locations and managing kitchen operations. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Naked Fish, including Corporate, Executive, and Sous Chef, where they were responsible for food quality, P&L management, and menu design. Joshua also worked as a Sous Chef at White Star Tavern and completed an externship at Purple Urchin.

Joshua Engel attended Algonquin Regional High School from 1992 to 1996, where they studied General Studies. After completing high school, they enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
