Paige Williams

Paige Williams has a diverse work experience, starting with an HR Internship at Racine Unified School District in 2012. After that, they worked as an HR Intern at Bank Mutual in 2014. Paige then joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they held various roles including Learning Operations Administrative Assistant, Training Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Paige provided primary HR support for multiple departments and functions within the company. Currently, Paige works at REV Group, Inc as an HR Shared Business Services Rep II, and will soon transition into the role of HR Shared Services Lead.

Paige Williams completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services and Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2010 to 2014. Paige then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Mount Mary University from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their academic qualifications, Paige also obtained several certifications, including Design Thinking: Understanding the Process from Lynda.com in May 2018, Instructional Design for Trainers from the American Management Association in April 2017, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Harley-Davidson Motor Company in February 2017.
