Kristyn DeRaffele

Kristyn DeRaffele is the current Chief People Officer at Rev. Prior to that, they were the VP of Human Resources at Southwest Key Programs from January 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they were the VP of People at ModSquad, Inc. from January 2017 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Coaching and Training at Stella & Dot from January 2014 to December 2017.

Kristyn DeRaffele has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Psychology from Antioch University, a MA in Organizational Development and Transformation from California Institute of Integral Studies, and they also attended Loyola Marymount University and Dunn School (highschool).
