Skip Pletcher

Skip Pletcher has held various roles throughout their work experience. Skip is currently the Director of Productivity and Operations at Revalize, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Engineering Operations at Revalize from April 2022 to September 2023. Before joining Revalize, Skip worked at AutoQuotes as the Director of Engineering from October 2020 to August 2021 and as a Scrum Master from August 2019 to October 2020. Skip also served as a Scrum Master consultant to JEA at MATRIX Resources from October 2018 to August 2019. Skip's previous experience includes roles such as Senior Project Manager, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master Trainer at Black Knight from May 2014 to October 2018, and Software Practices and Measures Architect at Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS) from July 2007 to May 2014. Skip co-founded and served as the CTO of One City Art, Inc from May 2006 to January 2012. Additionally, Skip has experience as a Supervisor of Enterprise Quality Assurance at Kemper, A Unitrin Business, a Consultant to CSX Technology at TEKsystems, and a Consultant to Blue Cross Blue Shield Florida at Incepture. Skip also worked as a QA Manager at Information and Display Systems from 2000 to 2002.

Skip Pletcher is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Psychology at Liberty University at the doctoral level. Skip has previously obtained a Master of Arts with high distinction in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Psychology and Executive Leadership, from Liberty University. Additionally, Skip has studied Person and Professional Coaching at Tandem Coaching Academy. Skip has also completed Agile Management Studies at Chicago State University and Enterprise Software Development at American Public University System. In terms of additional certifications, Skip has obtained the Small UAS Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, the Amateur Radio Operator - General License from the Federal Communications Commission, and holds various other certifications related to agility, coaching, and quality engineering.
