Vebrian Raditya has a diverse work experience starting from 2019. Vebrian began their career as a Media Relations professional at Magnifique Indonesia from May 2019 to January 2020. Following that, they worked as a Barista at PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia (Starbucks Indonesia) from January 2020 to November 2021, where they were responsible for maintaining the operational shift and delivering high-quality service. From November 2021 to November 2022, Vebrian worked as a Sales Recruitment Consultant at Glints, handling talent recruitment for various industries and building relationships with both candidates and hiring partners. In January 2023, they joined Talent Growth as a Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment for a range of searches. Currently, Vebrian is working as a Sales Executive at RevComm Indonesia, where they develop sales processes, qualifies leads, handles inquiries, and maintains contacts and opportunities.

Vebrian Raditya's education history begins in 2021 when they attended Harisenin.com - School of Professional Skill. Vebrian obtained a certificate in Digital Marketing & Human Resources from this institution, which lasted until 2022. In 2022, Vebrian Raditya enrolled in Binar Academy, where they pursued a non-degree program in Strategic Business Development until 2023.

In addition to their education, Vebrian Raditya has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they achieved an EF SET ENGLISH Certificate (C1 Advanced) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET). Vebrian also completed Starbucks Coffee Academy Level 100 and Level 200, becoming a Certified Barista, Barista Trainer, and Certified Coffee Master through PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia (Starbucks Indonesia) in 2021. Moving forward to 2022, they attended a Human Resources Bootcamp and a Digital Marketing Bootcamp at Harisenin.com, obtaining certifications in both fields. Finally, in 2023, Vebrian Raditya obtained a certification in Strategic Business Development from Binar Academy.
