Gautier Machelon has extensive experience in the tech industry. In 2019, they co-founded Reveal, a platform for Partnership, Marketing, and Sales teams to generate revenue through their ecosystem. From 2016 to 2019, they were the co-founder of javelo, a continuous performance management software. In 2015, they co-founded MyTraffic, a SaaS platform to help companies make faster and more efficient decisions. From 2010 to 2014, they were the co-founder of Work4, a company that leverages the reach and scope of the world's largest and most powerful social networks to help companies find and hire top talent. Gautier was also a member and mentor at Réseau Entreprendre from 2014 to 2015, a board member at Bureaux A Partager from 2014 to 2015, a co-founder at Multiposting Group from 2007 to 2009, a professor at Sciences Po from 2009 to 2010, an associate at CTPartners S.A. from 2006 to 2007, and an associate at Heidrick & Struggles from 2003 to 2006.
