Jason H. has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2018, they were the Founder of the BOBE Group - Black Owned Business and Entrepreneurship Group, a Member of the Board at the Swedish Queer Initiative (SQI), a Pedagogiskt mentor at Malmö universitet, and a Substitute Teacher and Fritidspedagog at Stiftelsen Bladins skola - Bladins Foundation. In 2019, they were a Community Manager and English Language Trainer at Angelio Academia, and an English Foreign Language Teacher at CapEnglish. In 2020, they were an HR Manager and English tutor at BioPoppins. In 2021, they were a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Talent Sourcer at OpenClassrooms. Currently, they are a Senior Talent Acquisition and People Success Manager, Global, and a Talent Acquisition Manager at Reveal.

Jason H. obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs from The University of the West Indies, Mona in 2012. Jason then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Global Political Studies at Malmö University, which they completed in 2014. In 2016, they obtained a Master's degree in International Migration and Ethnic Relations from Malmö University. In 2021, they obtained a Master's degree in Manager RH from OpenClassrooms.
