Sandhya Sathiamoorthy

Sandhya Sathiamoorthy has a diverse work experience. Sandhya is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Reveal HealthTech since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Board of Innovation as the APAC Hiring Lead from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for setting up the founding team in China and expanding the team in APAC. Before that, they were a Recruitment Consultant at Scribe Zero from 2022 to 2023. Sandhya also served as a Recruitment Manager at TAIGER from 2021 to 2022, where they managed end-to-end recruitment and implemented process improvements. Sandhya has also worked as a Senior Associate Lead at Infosys from 2016 to 2021, handling talent management and sales and leadership hiring for APAC. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President of HRuday, HR Club of XIME at Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship in 2015. Sandhya started their career as a Management Trainee HR at Mindtree in 2015, where they worked on initiatives for gender diversity and implemented processes in the Compensation & Benefits department.

Sandhya Sathiamoorthy began their education at P.S. Senior Secondary School from 1995 to 2008, where they completed their high school studies. Sandhya then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Biotechnology from Rajalakshmi Engineering College from 2010 to 2014. Following that, Sandhya pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship from 2014 to 2016. Sandhya has also obtained several additional certifications, including Talent Acquisition Essentials from Cornell University in May 2021, Coaching for LinkedIn Success from LinkedIn in December 2020, Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi from Hanban in November 2019, and Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG in March 2015.
