Rasa Berskiene

Rasa Berskiene has a diverse and extensive work history in human resources. Rasa began their career at Olympic Entertainment Group as an HR Manager from March 2004 to October 2005. Rasa then moved on to Air Baltic Corporation branch, where they served as an HR and Administration Manager from October 2005 to September 2009. Following that, they joined Vilnius International Airport as the Head of Human Resources, a role they held from September 2009 to November 2014. Rasa then briefly worked at Lithuanian Airports as the Head of Human Resources from January 2015 to September 2015. Since October 2015, they have been with Revel Systems, initially working as an HR Manager for their Lithuanian office until August 2018. Rasa then moved up to the position of Human Resources Director, serving from August 2018 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the title of Senior Director of Human Resources at Revel Systems.

Rasa Berskiene completed their undergraduate education at Kaunas University of Technology from 1990 to 1994, majoring in Business Administration. Rasa then pursued further education at the International Business School at Vilnius University, where they earned their MBA degree in International Business and Law from 2003 to 2005.
