Vilija Grečnaitė

Vilija Grečnaitė has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Vilija started their career in 2015 as a Bank Teller at SEB, where they assisted clients with daily banking issues and provided solutions tailored to their needs. Vilija also took on the responsibility of guiding and consulting new colleagues in their branch.

In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Private Clients Manager Assistant at SEB, working with personal managers and personal finance advisors. Their duties included multitasking, assisting clients, and utilizing their expertise in daily banking and specific bank services.

In 2017, Vilija joined Revel Systems as a Client Support Specialist (Technical), where they handled customer inquiries via phone and email. Their focus was on technical question and problem diagnosis, as well as payment processing cases. Vilija demonstrated strong prioritization skills and thrived in a challenging workload.

The following year, they briefly worked at Ernst & Young as an Executive Assistant, providing support to the Audit branch. Their responsibilities included drafting client agreements, managing billing, distributing office supplies, and serving as a liaison between the Audit Partner and the rest of the branch.

Returning to Revel Systems in 2019, Vilija took on the role of Business Operations Specialist. In this position, they processed client orders, addressed questions from internal teams and clients, and ensured order accuracy and compatibility.

In 2020, they were promoted to Operations Team Lead at Revel Systems, overseeing the Order Management and Reverse Logistics teams. Vilija focused on empowering their teams and enabling them to excel in their roles. Vilija also dealt with client escalations and handled people and process management.

Currently, Vilija holds the position of Operations Manager at Revel Systems, a role they assumed in November 2021. Vilija works closely with management to implement and support strategic initiatives. As the primary decision-maker for the functioning of three functional teams, they play a crucial role in supporting the overall business.

Vilija Grečnaitė completed their high school education at Vilniaus Žirmūnai gymnasium from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2014 to 2018.
