Richard Greenman

Richard Greenman began their work experience in 2008 as a Military Police Officer in the US Army. After serving in the army until 2013, they joined the State of Michigan as a Criminal Justice Professional, where they facilitated group sessions, counseled at-risk youth, and managed fiscal and budgetary matters related to grants.

In 2017, Richard became the Director of Operations at OIC Agricultural Transport, where they held responsibilities until 2020. During this time, they then started their own company, Forge Fitness, LLC, as the Managing Director, building relationships with vendors, managing inventory levels, and overseeing all aspects of the company.

In 2020, Richard joined Richardson Chevrolet as a Sales and Leasing Consultant, where they cultivated new customer relationships, negotiated deals, and followed up on leads. Simultaneously, they also owned and operated Adorn Children's Boutique, where they developed marketing plans, trained employees, and analyzed profit and loss statements.

Currently, Richard is employed as an Account Manager at Revelation Machinery since 2021.

Overall, Richard has demonstrated a diverse range of skills and experiences in sales, management, operations, and counseling throughout their career.

Richard Greenman began their education in 2014 when they attended American Public University. Richard pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and completed their studies in 2016. In 2018, Richard obtained a certification as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Moving forward with their education, Richard attended Liberty University from 2021 to 2023. During this time, they earned a Master of Divinity in Professional Chaplaincy, focusing on Divinity/Ministry.
