Rob Cancilla

Rob Cancilla is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in recruiting, business development, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Vice President at RevelOne, Rob previously held various roles at Hunt Club, including Principal and Senior Director of Recruiting Strategy, where Rob launched initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and recruiting performance. Prior experience includes significant positions at Pinterest, Facebook, Tongal, and PwC, where Rob demonstrated expertise in account management, media strategy, and competitive intelligence. Rob holds an MBA in Strategy from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Communications from Syracuse University.
