Amanda Hunt

Amanda Hunt has a diverse work experience in the field of security and networking. Amanda most recently worked as a Security Engineer at RevelSec starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Network/Security Manager at DePaul University from January 2022 to June 2022, and also served as a Network/Security Assistant from January 2021 to January 2022 at the same institution. Amanda gained internship experience as a Sr. Security Architect Intern at Walgreens Boots Alliance from June 2019 to August 2019. Amanda began their career as a Professional Tutor at The Learning League, LLC from September 2016 to July 2017.

Amanda Hunt attended DePaul University from 2017 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Computer Science. In addition to their degree, Amanda also obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they became a Palo Certified Cybersecurity Entry-level Technician and obtained Tenable Certified Sales Engineer and Tenable Certified Sales Associate certifications. In December 2022, they earned a Palo Certified Network Security Administrator certification. In July 2021, Amanda completed the 2021 AT&T Summer Learning Academy Extern program. Finally, in February 2023, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certifications from Microsoft.
