Craig ~

Craig has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as an Owner/Operator at White Glove Cleaning from 1993 to 2004. Craig then worked at NuComm International from 2002 to 2006, where they served as an Employee Performance Supervisor, managing teams, driving business performance, and developing training materials. Afterwards, they joined Dell as a Technical Support Manager from 2006 to 2008, managing teams of agents and implementing strategies to improve performance. From 2008 to 2011, Craig worked at RipNET Ltd. as a Technical Support Supervisor, providing front-line support, developing policies, and launching support programs. Craig then joined CGI, starting as a Senior Security Analyst from 2011 to 2017, where they oversaw network security services and engaged in client consultation. Finally, they worked at SecureOps as a SIEM Content Engineer from 2019.

Craig attended St. Lawrence College - Brockville Campus from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Business Technology with a focus on Information/Communication Systems. During their time at the college, they studied subjects such as business management, project management, entry-level programming, and computer operations.

In terms of additional certifications, Craig obtained the Splunk Core Certified Power User certification from Splunk in May 2021. Later, in November 2021, they also obtained the Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User certification, also from Splunk.
