Laura Morgan

Prior to joining Revelstoke, Ms. Laura Morgan was a Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at Envestnet, a financial technology firm that provides financial planning, risk assessment tools, investment strategies and solutions to independent financial advisors. Her work included day to day support, coaching and advising of employees and managers, as well as partnering with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, performance management, engagement, change management and workforce planning for global client groups.

Before joining Envestnet, Ms. Morgan worked for RS Investments, a global asset management firm headquartered in San Francisco where she managed all functions of the Human Resources department. She started her career as a Psychotherapist specializing in providing treatment to children and adolescents utilizing varying modalities including animal assisted therapy.

Ms. Morgan holds an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, earned her MA from Lesley University in Counseling Psychology, and a BA in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
