Art Norton, CISSP has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Art began their career in 1999 as a Technical Support Engineer II at RSA Security in Bedford, MA. Art then moved up to Senior Support Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer, and Senior Solutions Architect at RSA Security before moving to GeoTrust in 2004 as a Product Manager. In 2004, they also began working at Funk Software as a Senior Systems Engineer. Art then joined Juniper Networks in 2005 as a Consulting Engineer and Senior Sales Engineer. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Solutions Architect and Senior Sales Engineer at Agiliance. Art then worked as a Senior Security Engineer at Demisto from 2017 to 2019, and as a Senior Sales Engineer at Malwarebytes from 2016 to 2021. Art Norton is currently a Senior Sales Engineer at Revelstoke.

Art Norton's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, which they obtained between 1993 and 1996. Art then attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Unix System Administration and C/C++ Programming in the field of Computers. Art also attended Dennis-Yarmouth from 1986 to 1990, though no degree was obtained. In addition, they hold two Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications, obtained from (ISC)² in September 2002.
