Prior to this role, Steven held several positions at Fox Racing, focusing on hardgoods engineering and product development. With a background in mechanical engineering and experience in industries such as sports equipment and resort development, Steven has also worked as a design consultant and adjunct professor. Steven's expertise spans across design, development, and project management in multiple sectors.
