Garrett Smith

Garrett Smith has over 24 years of experience working in various software engineering roles, ranging from software engineer at Dow Chemical to vice president of engineering at Revenova. Smith has considerable experience working on algorithmic trading software, having worked at DRW for over 11 years, where they developed software for equity, equity index, and volatility options and futures using Java, .NET, Python, and C++. Smith has also worked in roles such as technical team lead and director, corporate integration, where they led corporate mergers and rewrote a main business workflow application. Prior to DRW, Smith worked as a software consultant and technical team lead at ThoughtWorks, a software engineer at Centerpost, and a software engineer at ShopTalk.

Garrett Smith attended Northwestern University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
