Tom Castro

Tom Castro has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Tom started their career in 1995 as a Software Specialist at System Software Associates, where they supported the Supply Chain functionality of the BPCS Enterprise Resource Planning Software. Tom then moved on to Lawson Products, where they held various roles including Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst/Supervisor, and Liaison to the President of Lawson Division. At Lawson, they managed the implementation of the IBM WebSphere Commerce developed Website and led the Baan ERP Implementation project.

Tom then joined Tek Systems/Motorola as a Business Systems Analyst, where they conducted customer interviews to gather system requirements and worked with the business to secure sign-off and build approvals for Operational and Executive Dashboards.

After that, they worked at Rotary International as a Business Systems Analyst, where they documented and improved the Endowment administration life cycle by implementing a more efficient and automated solution. Tom also integrated the financial transaction system with CRM to provide visibility of donor contributions and funded projects.

Most recently, Tom worked at MVC Consulting as a Business Analyst/Delivery Consultant, where they provided strategic consulting and delivered optimized Business and IT solutions to clients. Tom combined technical expertise and business management talent to produce innovative solutions that delivered maximized results.

In 2015, Tom joined Revenova LLC as a Senior Project Manager, where they currently hold a role.

Tom Castro attended Western Illinois University from 1984 to 1988. Tom earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus in Transportation and Physical Distribution.
