Iaroslava Bilan has been working in the field of RevOps and Strategic Ops, Salesforce BA and Consultation since 2021, when they began their role as Director of RevOps and Strategic Ops, Salesforce BA and Consultant at Revenue Grid. In 2021, they also became a Member at Pavilion. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Star as a Revenue Ops Analyst, Salesforce Consultant and BA. In this role, they were responsible for lead generation, market research, managing the sales database, responding to RFPs, providing customized decks to prospects, helping with account management, and Salesforce administration. Finally, from 2008 to 2011, they worked at PE Almir as a Sales and Account Manager.

Iaroslava Bilan obtained a Master's degree in International Trade and European Integration from the University of Antwerp in 2010. Iaroslava also obtained a Master's degree in International Trade and European Integration from Prague University of Economics and Business between 2009 and 2010, and a Master's degree in International Trade and European Integration from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology in 2009. Iaroslava obtained their first Master's degree in International Economics from Kiev National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman between 2003 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in January 2016.
