Lesya K. began their career in 2016 as a Sales Team Member at AIESEC. Lesya then moved on to become a Team Lead, Local Head of incoming Global Entrepreneur and Global Talent, and Entity Control Board member at AIESEC. In 2019, Lesya K. became an Account Manager at Automatic Vision Technologies. Lesya then moved on to become an Account Manager at ARVI VR in 2020. Currently, Lesya K. is a Customer Success Manager at Allset and will soon become a Customer Success Manager at Revenue Grid. In this role, they are responsible for pro-actively monitoring customers' activities and resolving or escalating their issues, responding to customer support cases and escalations, managing technical discovery sessions, conducting data and configuration audits, driving prove-of-concept projects, recommending best-practice approaches to integration, implementation, and product configuration, assisting sales in setting up prospective customers, and documenting requirements and use cases.

Lesya K. completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2018. Lesya then pursued a Master's degree in Business and Law from the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2021. In addition, Lesya K. has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, namely "Business-to-Business Sales", "Selling with Stories, Part 1: What Makes a Great Story?", and "Selling with Stories, Part 2: Stories Great Sales People Tell".
