Roman Melnychenko

Roman Melnychenko possesses extensive experience in support and customer service roles, beginning with the position of Translator at IDM Drilling from 2006 to 2007. Roman transitioned to an Import Manager role at "Krono-Ukraine" LLC, where employment lasted from February 2008 to June 2014. Following this, Roman worked in Sales at Cohasio from June 2014 to December 2015, and then served as a Data Import Specialist at Sumac Nonprofit Software until November 2017. From November 2017 to May 2019, Roman was a Customer Service Advocate at Conductor, Inc., before taking on the role of First Line Support Engineer at iDalko until February 2021. Currently, Roman is employed as First Line Support at Revenue Grid, starting in February 2021.
