Justin James, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2021, they worked at Revenue Management Solutions, where they held multiple positions including Consultant, Sr. Analyst, and Analyst. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2020, they worked at Steak n Shake in different capacities. Justin began as a Manager and quickly earned a promotion within three months. As a Manager, they successfully scaled business growth and exceeded corporate goals. Later, they served as the General Manager of a training store, where they trained and developed Area Directors and Store Managers. Justin also worked as an Operations Supervisor/Business Advisor, overseeing the transition to a new franchise owner and advising on store operations management. Justin's expertise includes staff management, inventory control, financial reporting, and providing food and beverage services in a fast-paced environment.

Justin James holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida International University. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained certifications in ServSafe Manager from ServSafe Certified. Justin also has certifications in Leadership & Management, P&L Management, and Resource Analysis & Forecast from Steak n Shake.
