Mercy Bickell

Mercy Bickell is a Software Engineer at Revere CRE since January 2023, specializing in full-stack web development. Previously, at Meta from September to November 2022, Mercy optimized the startup process for the Messenger app and migrated the Facebook Android SDK to Kotlin. During the tenure at Pomona College from January 2020 to May 2022, Mercy served as both a Computer Science Liaison, fostering a welcoming environment for students, and a Computer Science Teaching Assistant, mentoring peers in data structures and computer systems courses. Additional experience includes internships at Facebook, where projects centered on iOS app development, and roles at Claremont University Consortium, iD Tech Camps, and as a research assistant. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Pomona College and graduating as valedictorian from Maclay School.
