Manpreet Singh Dhalla is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in healthcare and business management. As a Founding Partner at Reverence since 2022, Manpreet Singh Dhalla has played a pivotal role in enhancing staffing operations for healthcare provider groups through innovative technology solutions. Prior to this, Manpreet Singh Dhalla founded and served as CEO of Home Care Assistance of Ft. Lauderdale from 2015 to 2021, successfully scaling the agency to industry recognition and achieving significant growth. Manpreet Singh Dhalla also held roles at Kaplan Higher Education as Strategy Director and at McKinsey & Company as a Healthcare Consultant, focusing on strategic initiatives and improvement in patient care. Earlier experience includes founding Alpha Atlantic Capital, a real estate private equity firm, where investment and operational strategies were developed. Manpreet Singh Dhalla holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, along with degrees in Finance and Economics from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
