Silvia Orlandini has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Silvia began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Emak SPA in 2006. Silvia then moved on to roles such as Process & Organization Analyst at Alemea Consulting Srl and Human Resources Specialist at Artoni Group. During their time at Artoni Group, they were also involved in co-founding Artoni Academy. Silvia further expanded their skillset as an HR Recruiting, Training and Development Specialist at LODI S.p.A. In 2014, they joined CPL CONCORDIA as an HR & Organization Specialist. Silvia then took on the role of HR Project Manager at Hivejobs in 2015. Silvia continued their career progression by becoming an Organizational Development Manager at TWINSET in 2017, and later a Corporate HR Business Partner at the same company. In 2019, they worked as a Corporate HR Business Partner & People Development Manager at Comer Industries. Currently, from 2020 onward, they serve as a People & Culture Manager at Reverse, with their most recent role being Chief People Officer.

Silvia Orlandini obtained a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued HR Development - Excellence Skills Master Training at Artioli & Sala HKE Group. In 2012 to 2013, Silvia earned a Regional Degree in Human Resources Development from Warrant Group. Later, in 2018 to 2019, they completed a NLP Practitioner program in Neurobiology and Behavior at NLP Society - Ekis. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained a Qualified Professional Coach certification from the INCOACHING® S.r.l. However, the end year for their education at INCOACHING is not provided.

Additionally, Silvia Orlandini has several additional certifications. In December 2018, they received the Mercer Assessment of Potential certification from Mercer. In May 2021, they became a Socio of AIDP - Associazione Italiana per la Direzione del Personale. Furthermore, in April 2022, they achieved the status of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. Lastly, in December 2022, Silvia plans to become a Nudging Expert, completing the program offered by aBetterPlace Società Benefit.
