Damjan Čuljak

Damjan Čuljak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Damjan is currently the Director of Engineering at ReversingLabs, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Software Development Manager at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023. Before joining ReversingLabs, Damjan worked at RAO as the Head of Development from November 2017 to December 2018, and as a Software Architect/Team Lead from October 2015 to January 2018. Damjan also worked as a Software Developer at RAO from September 2013 to October 2015. Damjan has experience in academia as well, having worked as a Lecturer at Algebra from November 2014 to March 2016. Damjan started their career as a Software Engineer at Adacta d.o.o. in February 2013 and briefly worked as a Software Developer at CROZ in 2012.

Damjan Čuljak obtained their Executive MBA from COTRUGLI Business School between 2019 and 2021. Damjan holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, which they completed in 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Informatics from the same university in 2011. Damjan has also obtained various certifications, including Leadership trainings and certification from LeadDev, ITO in 2020 and an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer certification from Oracle in 2017. Damjan also holds certifications from Pivotal Software, Inc., including CERTIFIED Enterprise Integration Specialist v4.2 in 2017 and CERTIFIED Spring Professional Core Spring V4.1 in 2016. Additionally, Damjan is a Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance, which they achieved in 2016.
