Lee Ann Marchionna

A 25-year veteran of Human Resources, Lee Ann has extensive experience in leading organizational transformations, driving organizational effectiveness initiatives, and establishing talent, culture and engagement practices. Prior to starting her own consultancy, she was Vice President of Human Resources at ThermoFisher Scientific, the world leader in serving science, with revenues of $17 billion and approximately 50,000 employees in 50 countries. Prior to ThermoFisher, Lee Ann was Head of HR for the Breast & Skeletal Health and GYN Surgical Solutions Divisions at Hologic, Inc. She has also held HR leadership and business partner roles at Dell EMC, Biogen Idec, Genzyme Corporation, a Sanofi company, Jabil Circuit, Inc., and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. She earned a MBA from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York.
