Richard Bailey

Richard Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Richard is currently working as a Customer Success Director at RevLifter since March 2023. Prior to that, Richard held positions at Showpad, where they served as a Principal Customer Success Manager from December 2020 to March 2023 and as a Senior Customer Success Manager from May 2018 to December 2020. Richard also worked at Cheetah Digital as a Client Success Director, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager from March 2014 to April 2018. Richard's experience at Adobe includes a role as an Account Manager from March 2013 onwards. Additionally, they worked as a Programme Manager at e-Dialog from August 2010 to March 2013, as a CRM Programme Manager at PhotoBox from October 2009 to August 2010, and as an Online CRM Executive at Associated Newspapers from November 2006 to August 2008. Richard's earliest work experience was at VisitBritain, where they held positions as CRM Development Executive and Marketing Systems Support Assistant from June 2005 to November 2006 and September 2004 to June 2005, respectively.

Richard Bailey attended Tring School from 1994 to 2000. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued a Marketing BA (HONS) degree at Staffordshire University, focusing on Marketing and Business.
