Ben Dean has extensive work experience in the technology and digital marketing industry. Ben joined RevLocal in 2004 while they were still a student and quickly rose through the ranks. Ben held various positions at RevLocal, starting as an entry-level employee and eventually becoming the Director of Call Center Operations. In 2016, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to Chief Data Officer in 2020. Prior to their time at RevLocal, Ben was the Call Center Director at ECR Computers and Internet Services from 2009 to 2012.
Ben Dean attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University from 2002 to 2005. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History and Spanish.
