Rafael Latour, MBA, has extensive experience in commercial and promotional strategy within the beauty and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Commercial Strategy at Revlon Inc. since September 2016, Rafael has also held positions such as Senior Director of Promotional Strategy and Senior Director of Customer Marketing, Global Mass. Prior to Revlon, Rafael spent over 15 years at Elizabeth Arden, progressing through roles from Manager of Trade Channel Marketing to Senior Director of Channel Marketing Global Mass. Earlier in Rafael's career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, positions included Sales Project Analyst, District Account Manager, and Account Manager.
