Solution Architect (security)

Join our Delivery team as a Solution Architect focusing on Security topics. You will be responsible for understanding customers' needs and creating tailored solutions, serving as a subject matter expert. Your responsibilities will also extend to providing guidance and training, all aimed at delivering an outstanding customer experience. If you have knowledge of AWS, and worked in security industry and/or are familiar with security products, this is an opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities

• Oversee the whole customer journey: onboarding, account management activities, gathering feedback, and others.

• Ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products and services.

• Provide technical support and trainings for customers.

• Identify new growth opportunities, and plan for renewals for existing customers.

• And last but not least, build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio.

Your profile

Hard skills

• Knowledge of AWS stack is a must, ideally previously working as AWS Cloud Engineer/Architect or AWS Solutions Engineer/Architect.
• Experience working in security industry, familiarity with security products is a must.
• Experience facing customers and overall customer centric mindset.
• Confident communication in English (C1), and great presentation skills.

Soft skills

• Ability to deliver technical information effectively to different types of stakeholders.

• High accountability and team spirit.

• Ability to work independently.
