Jaideep Gajerawala

Jaideep Gajerawala is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading technical teams and projects. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Revology since April 2024, Jaideep previously held multiple roles at Principal Financial Group from January 2007 to April 2024, including Senior Software Engineer II (Staff Engineer) and Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead. In these capacities, Jaideep advanced enterprise strategic efforts, collaborated with product managers, led the Flex Resource team, and contributed to internal open-source projects. Jaideep also played a key role in DevOps standardization and was involved in technical interviews and mentoring interns. Jaideep earned a degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Information Technology from Iowa State University.
