Dr. Lucian Ivan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human capital consulting. Currently serving as the Global Head of People, Global Head of People Ops, and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Revolut since August 2021, Lucian previously held key positions at Typeform as Recruitment Ops Lead and at Nortal as Head of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Lucian operated Lucian Ivan Search, a human capital consulting practice, from June 2015 to July 2021, and worked at Molson Coors and Securitas AB in various recruitment roles. Lucian holds a PhD in Political Science and Government from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative, along with multiple master's and bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Public Administration.
