Josh van Hulst

Josh van Hulst is the current Chief Compliance Officer, US at Revolut. Prior to this role, Josh served as the Head Of Compliance at Figure from November 2021 to August 2022. In this role, Josh was responsible for all aspects of compliance for Figure's various business lines and technologies, including lending, payments, securities, trading, custody, blockchain and crypto.

Previously, Josh served as the Compliance Executive - Digital Banking at KeyBank from January 2019 to October 2021. In this role, Josh led compliance oversight of the digital transformation initiatives working with product and engineering teams to successfully develop digital platforms and launch multiple online consumer products, including various lending and deposit products, credit card offerings, financial insights, perks, and implementation across the Bank of both a digital identity decisioning platform and a digital collections solution. Josh was also responsible for oversight and development of the second line of defense compliance teams that support digital consumer-related practices and the related lines of business, including unsecured consumer lending, mortgage, credit card, student loans and deposit.

Josh has extensive experience in the compliance field and has proven himself to be an innovative leader in developing digital platforms and launching online consumer products. Their experience in overseeing and developing compliance teams makes him an ideal candidate for the Chief Compliance Officer role at Revolut.

Josh van Hulst has a AB in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and a JD in Law from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
