rEvolution is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Live Events to join our growing sports marketing agency. Reporting to the Manager, Live Events, you will be partner with the Account Management and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class corporate hospitality events. You will assist with all aspects of event planning and management while also managing vendor and venue relations.

You Will:

  • Support the management of multiple events (both in-person programs and virtual) throughout the year from concepting and pre-planning to execution and post-event closure.

  • Manage logistical event details including but not limited to: venue selection, contract negotiations, financial management, guest online registration and communication, air and ground transportation, hotel, merchandise, tickets, activities, printed collateral/signage, audio visual, catering, talent/entertainment, gifting, etc.

  • Be responsible for assisting with event budget development, management, and reconciliations.

  • Assist in tracking vendor quotes and coordinating vendor communication.

  • Work with internal rEvolution teams (Account Management, Creative, etc.) to ensure events stay on track according to the program timeline and within budget.

You Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience working within events, ideally as part of an agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, tourism or a related field
  • Past work experience managing the logistical details of events (lodging, air/ground transportation, gifting, venue selection, research, etc.).
  • Proficiency in online registration platforms such as Aventri, Cvent, etc.
  • The ability to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours to be on-site at hospitality events. This may include weekends and/or holidays.
  • Past work experience in - or a passion for - motorsports is ideal, though not required.

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Reading office but has a global reach.
