Helena Kiefel

Helena Kiefel is a seasoned professional in the field of translational research and pharmacology, currently serving as Senior Director of Translational Research at Revolution Medicines since September 2025. Prior to this role, Helena held senior positions at Sutro Biopharma, Inc. and Second Genome Inc., where Helena contributed as Senior Director and Director in various capacities. Helena's research experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University, focusing on molecular mechanisms in lymphoid tissues and lymphocyte trafficking, as well as a postdoctoral fellowship and Ph.D. work at the German Cancer Research Center, where Helena studied epithelial to mesenchymal transition and its implications in cancer biology. Helena earned a Ph.D. in Oncology and Cancer Biology, along with a Master's Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biotechnology, all from Heidelberg University.
