Jingjing Jiang has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Jingjing'smost recent position was at REVOLUTION Medicines, where they held the roles of Executive Director, Translational Research and Head of Cancer Pharmacology, and Senior Director, Translational Research and Head of Cancer Pharmacology. Jingjing was responsible for leading the development of in vivo strategies for discovery to development stage projects, developing biomarker strategies, and establishing preclinical data sets. Prior to that, Jingjing worked at GenenDesign Co., Ltd as Vice President, US site head and Senior Director, Translational Oncology, where they supervised the translational research of numerous preclinical oncology projects and drove business development initiatives. Jingjing also had experience at Merck as a Portfolio Execution Manager, where they managed translational biology projects and established profitable partnerships, and at BeiGene as a Research Investigator in Oncology/Pharmacology, where they led an oncology pharmacology group and developed animal models and biomarker technology. Jingjing also spent time at Novartis as a Presidential Post-doc Research Fellow, contributing to the establishment of a cancer model platform and publishing research papers. Jingjing began their career at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Cornell University, where they worked on drug development research and DNA damage and repair projects. Overall, Jingjing Jiang has significant experience and expertise in translational research, oncology pharmacology, and business development.

Jingjing Jiang pursued their education in various prestigious institutions. Jingjing obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science from Peking University between 1999 and 2003. Jingjing then attended Cornell University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Continuing their academic journey, Jingjing Jiang joined The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where they completed their PHD in Pharmacy from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, in October 2012, they obtained a Yellow Belt Certificate for Project Management from Six Sigma.
