Randall Hoerner is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in operations and underwriting management. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Revolution Mortgage since May 2022, Randall has successfully trained and mentored a regional team, achieving zero buybacks and enhancing loan quality, despite challenging market conditions. Previously, as President and CEO of RH Greenspaces Inc since July 2014, Randall has also excelled in mobile notary services and used car restoration.
