Prior to joining Revolution, Kerry practiced corporate law in the Washington, D.C. office of Cooley LLP, where she represented a variety of public and private clients on various corporate matters, including venture capital, M&A, debt and equity offerings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance.
Kerry received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a JD from Boston College Law School. She was born and raised in the D.C. metropolitan area.
