Customer Experience Partner Program at RevolutionParts, Inc.

Virginie Berthier has held various roles in a number of companies over the years. Virginie began their career in 2003 as the Manager at Auberge Les Trois Tilleuls & Spa Givenchy, a 4-star hotel, where they managed a team of 15 employees, products, purchases, and inventories. Additionally, they developed and implemented a marketing plan to increase returning customers. In 2006, they took on the role of Executive Assistant/Union Affair Committee Coordinator at the Federation of the Medical interns of Quebec. Virginie then moved on to Quebecor in 2010, where they worked as a Marketing, Executive Coordinator for the Canadian leader in telecommunications and medias. In this role, they supported the executive director with projects status and follow ups, and marketed the 1st virtual IT job fair, exceeding the sales objectives of subscribers by 20%. In 2014, they took on two roles, one as Founder & Owner of Terra Cetera, LLC, and one as PMA Program Administrator at C&D Zodiac. In 2019, they became a Customer Success Manager at Cardiology Specialists Medical Group, where they built B2B relationships, obtained 98% retention of medical partners, identified a missing feedback loop to proactively gather customer's pain points, streamlined operations to protect revenue during COVID, coached 60 employees and executives on the new communication system, built the new company's website with HIPPA compliant communication channels, and designed marketing presentations, medical brochures, and events to build business development opportunities. Finally, in 2021 and 2022, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Sutherland and RevolutionParts, respectively.

Virginie Berthier's education history includes an Associate's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Le Villaret France, obtained between 1995 and 1997. Virginie has also obtained four certifications from Trailhead by Salesforce and RingCentral, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in January 2022, Admin: RingCentral Office: Preparing for Remote Work in October 2020, Contact Center: Admin Basics in October 2020, and Contact Center: Working From Home in October 2020.
