Charles Hernandez

Charles Hernandez, Ph.D., currently serves as the Field Application Scientist Manager at Revvity since May 2023 and has held the same title at Nexcelom Bioscience since September 2018, where Charles also previously worked as a Senior Field Application Scientist. Charles completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics at Yale University from 2012 to 2018, where Charles was a Ph.D. Candidate and additionally served as the Lead Instructor for a seminar series on genetics and stem cell biology for high school students through the Yale Young Global Scholars program in 2017. Prior experience includes an Undergraduate Research Fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles, from 2010 to 2012, focusing on signaling pathways in Drosophila Melanogaster. Early career experience includes a role as a cashier at The Home Depot. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from UCLA in 2012.
