Taylor Pereyra

Taylor Pereyra, MSHRM has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. They worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Revvity, overseeing North American and European operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Revvity.

Before joining Revvity, Taylor worked at Amazon as a Recruiting Manager. They led a 35-person recruiting organization supporting multiple digital entertainment entities, including Amazon Music and Prime Video. They successfully built a global technical hiring strategy and achieved hiring goals for both technical and non-technical positions. In addition, they led a team of recruiters supporting Performance Advertising and implemented strategies to exceed hiring goals.

Prior to Amazon, Taylor worked at Wayfair as a Recruiting Manager, focusing on advanced analytics and insights. They also gained valuable experience at Target, where they held various roles including Regional Lead Executive Recruiter and Sr. Field Campus Recruiter. They were responsible for hiring entry-level managers, developed campus recruitment strategies, and maintained relationships with key campus partners.

Taylor Pereyra obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Pepperdine University. They then went on to complete a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California. In addition, Taylor obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in December 2016.
