Account Manager - Retail Partnerships at Reward

Ayse Emin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ayse began their career as a Client Administrator at Gills Estates in 2014, where they worked until February 2015. From there, they joined AJ Car & Travel as a Client Administrator and worked until August 2017. In March 2020, Ayse joined Penguin Random House UK as a Client Services Advisor, managing relationships with wholesale clients and receiving mentoring in the Editorial field. Ayse worked at Penguin until November 2021. Ayse then transitioned to Reward, where they first worked as a Global Partnerships Executive, building relationships with prospective partners worldwide. Currently, Ayse is an Account Manager at Reward, responsible for managing a portfolio of retail brand clients and developing loyalty marketing campaigns. Ayse'srole includes executing omni-channel campaigns for clients in sectors such as travel, hospitality, fashion, beauty, and food and drink. Ayse'scampaigns operate on customer engagement platforms of leading financial institutes, such as AmEx, Mastercard, and Visa.

Ayse Emin has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Essex. Ayse also holds a Foundation degree in English and Comparative Literature from Goldsmiths, University of London. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including HTML Basic from W3Docs in October 2022, and Digital Skills certifications in Digital Marketing and Social Media from Accenture's FutureLearn in April 2020.
