Christopher Devine

Christopher Devine has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management and business analysis. Christopher most recently worked at Reward as a Product Owner starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were employed at Kainos, where they held multiple positions including Product Manager - Workday Extend and Product Consultant. Christopher'sresponsibilities at Kainos involved facilitating workshops, creating user stories, estimating and prioritizing backlog items, and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. Before joining Kainos, Christopher worked at the Student Loans Company as an ICT Lead, where they managed a development team and implemented Agile techniques. Christopher also worked as a Business System Analyst and Business Analyst at the same company. Christopher's earlier experience includes working as an IT Business Analyst at The Wise Group and as a Project Co-ordinator at Employment Enterprise. Christopher started their career as a Business Analyst at National Australia Group, where they documented business processes and created business requirements. Overall, Christopher has a strong background in product management, business analysis, and project management.

Christopher Devine completed their Bachelor of Science degree in General Science from the University of Glasgow, attending from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Education in Primary Education from the same university, completing the program from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in October 2012, the Certificate in Modelling Business Processes from the same institution in March 2012, the Certificate in Business Analysis Essentials in February 2012, the Certificate in Requirements Engineering in August 2011, and the Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis in January 2011. Christopher also holds the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance® which they obtained in October 2018.
