James Metcalfe

James Metcalfe has a diverse range of work experience in the field of data analysis and business intelligence. James started their career as an intern at Exponential-e, where they gained experience in data management, consolidation, and data modeling. James then joined Exponential-e as a Business Intelligence Analyst Executive, where they developed and maintained reporting suites, dashboards, and data warehouses. After that, they worked at Online Home Retail Ltd as a Business Intelligence Analyst, providing key support to the Chief Technology Officer in managing and delivering business intelligence requests. Most recently, they have been working at Reward as a Data Analyst, responsible for analyzing and structuring data sources to produce data visualizations and datasets. James has expertise in database querying, coding, report building, statistical modeling, and ensuring high data accuracy. James is also proficient in tools such as Tableau and has a strong understanding of data quality practices.

James Metcalfe completed their secondary education at Bishop O'Byrne High School from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they also pursued the International Baccalaureate program from 2016 to 2018.
