Re:wild
Magdalia Campobasso has a diverse background in conservation and engineering, currently serving as a Consultant to Coordinate the Baird's Tapir Survival Alliance at Re:wild since January 2024, focusing on collaboration among conservation projects across Central America. Previously, Magdalia held the position of Interim Conservation Project Coordinator at Costa Rica Wildlife Foundation, managing project actions and grant applications related to Baird’s Tapirs. Experience also includes roles as a Junior Engineer at PV Evolution Labs, where calibration procedures were improved, and as a Design and Manufacturing Process Researcher at Kijenzi, contributing to business launch and quality control. Magdalia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science from Penn State University.
