LaToya Green

LaToya Green has extensive work experience in the field of People & Culture and Human Resources. LaToya is currently working as a People & Culture Generalist at Rewiring America. Prior to that, they worked at Cotiviti as a Total Rewards Specialist from September 2021 to September 2022, and as a Human Resources Coordinator from March 2019 to September 2021. Before joining Cotiviti, LaToya worked at WellStar Health System, where they held various roles including Clinical Onboarding Coordinator from September 2018 to February 2019, Human Resources Coordinator from September 2016 to September 2018, and Intern from January 2016 to September 2016.

LaToya Green completed their education from 2010 to 2016 at Georgia State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sociology and Psychology. LaToya then continued their education from 2017 to 2018 at Georgia State University Perimeter College, obtaining an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Speech Communication. In addition to their academic qualifications, LaToya Green also obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources. LaToya obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in October 2020 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from HRCI in April 2023.
