As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Recruiter.  

Position Overview: 

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for writing job descriptions and advertising open roles, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews using various methods. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, promote the company’s employer brand, and assist in onboarding new hires. Additionally, they stay updated with technological trends and products and participate in networking events to connect with IT professionals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creation of job descriptions, posting, reviewing and screening applicants, coordinating interviews and technical assessments, and offer negotiations.

  • Set the example of proactive, professional, and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

  • Establish a pipeline of potential future candidates through networking and community engagement.

  • Utilize available tools to maintain accurate and timely recordkeeping.

  • Build strong partnerships with company leaders and hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs, driving a collaborative recruiting process.

  • Articulate Company culture and unique aspects of the organization to potential candidates.

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring tactics.

  • Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on recruiting activities and outcomes.

  • Advocate for and implement best practices to ensure Rewst attracts diverse talent through an inclusive hiring process.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven success in a technical recruiting role, SaaS startup experience beneficial.

  • High degree of competency using video meeting tools such as Microsoft Teams.

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and pipelining techniques.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of legally compliant recruiting practices.

  • Ability to understand the big picture of the organizational structure and respond strategically.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills while working independently.

  • Comfortable working in a fully digital environment.

Expectations: 

This role is performed remotely in the United States. 

A Company laptop is provided. 

Minimal US travel may be requested for participation in the annual company kickoff event or team meetings. 

With the incumbent being the first impression of the company to prospective employees, they are expected to have a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a work environment that is free from distraction and visually professional in appearance.
