Tracy Paulo-Brown

Tracy Paulo-Brown is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Culture at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC since March 2015, Tracy has overseen the successful recruitment of hundreds of individuals, implemented innovative talent processes, and significantly reduced pharmacy turnover. Additional roles at Rexall include Director - Talent Attraction & Diversity and Senior Manager, Talent Attraction, where Tracy transformed recruitment strategies across the organization. Previous experience includes roles at Target as Executive Team Leader and Contract Recruiter, Human Resources/Employment Specialist at Job Skills, and various positions in recruiting and human resources spanning over 15 years. Tracy holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Sheridan College and further education from Ryerson University and Queen's University.
